COVID19  Update

What we do at Kew to keep you and us safe.
 

  • All basins, seats and tables are wiped with disinfectant after use

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is available with the requirement of containing at least
    60% ethanol or 70% iso-propanol 

  • The salon is maintained with disposal of sanitary items such as cotton tips, tissues, ect

  • Magazines are no longer available in the waiting area

  • Tools such as combs, capes or towels are cleaned between uses

  • If you are unwell or experiencing any covid-related symptoms, please be responsible and reschedule your appointment

  • Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled due to covid or illnesses will be approved as we appreciate you taking safety measures and if any deposits have been made, you will be offered a refund or to hold in credit for future appointments. 

  • As of 9th July 2021, all customers are required to check in on your QLD app at the door prior to entering the salon.

  • For any customers who are unable to check in via their phones, Kew will hold a record of your details (name and contact number/email) for QLD record purposes for at least 56 days.
