Cancellation and No Show Policies

At Kew we always try to be transparent and honest from the start!

 

We are a unique studio style salon that is appointment based, therefore we ask that you take your appointments seriously to respect our business and enable other clients the opportunity for an appointment, by reading our cancellation policy in the case you may need to cancel or reschedule. 

24 Hours Notice

If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide Kew Hair Studio 24 hours notice minimum. Notice will be accepted with a call, detailed voicemail or social media message.

Late Arrivals

If you are late by 15 minutes or more to your appointment without notice, we cannot guarantee your appointment or chosen services as we operate based on bookings.

Deposits

Kew reserves the right to request a deposit for some services due to cost, product or time required for the booking. All deposits will be refunded or can be held on your account as a credit if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to illness.

No Shows

If you do not arrive at your appointment time, and no notice is given, we will contact you. Missed appointments will be noted and ongoing appointments will require a non-refundable deposit. 

Unconfirmed Bookings

Once your appointment is booked from Kew, you will receive a text and email link to confirm your booking. Failure to do this may result in a cancelled booking so please be sure to confirm.

Payment Options

At Kew we accept cash, card, Zip Pay, Afterpay or gift vouchers from applicable merchants. Our online booking card facilities are securely done through Fresha.
